Let me tell you a little story.

In the past, I’ve struggled so badly with going live on social media.

I used to try so hard but honestly my nerves made it so uncomfortable and I am sure it was cringey to watch me stammer and stumble on my words. UGH!

It wasn’t until finally I decided that those nerves were getting in the way of me connecting to the people I have a heart to serve.  (Over 40 business women!) that I FINALLY decided to get help.

Realizing it is NOT about me (how I look and all that dumb stuff that spins around in my head) it is about serving.
