My way back into the workforce started just a few years ago, after a 17-year hiatus raising my children. Like a lot of women returning after a long break, I felt reluctant and completely unsure of myself. A friend offered me a job in her office, and that job turned into a social media management role I never saw coming.

Then my family moved to Boise, and something interesting started happening. Over coffee, women kept asking me about their social media. What to post. Whether they were doing it wrong. Whether it was too late to start. I'd answer their questions and watch them light up when it finally clicked.

That's when I knew. Women over 40 need to be seen more online, not less.

Women I meet are always editing themselves out of the picture. Out of the photo, out of the conversation, out of the spotlight they've more than earned. I'm here to tell you the world needs YOU, especially if you're over 40.

So I turned that belief into a business. I've been teaching women over 40 through workshops, classes, and my membership for years, and I've built my dream job working with the coolest women I know.

When I'm not talking Instagram, I'm listening to business podcasts, spending time with women doing noteworthy things, and hanging out with my dog, Scout. I keep saying I want to be a homebody, and then there's always too much to do. I love connecting with women navigating midlife. The pivots and plot twists are epic.
