What is the best way to reach you?

The contact form on this page is the fastest route. It goes straight to my inbox and I answer personally.

How quickly will I hear back?

Usually within one to two business days. If it has been longer than that, check your spam folder and then try me again. Things occasionally get lost.

Do I have to be local to Boise to work with you?

Not at all. The membership is fully virtual and open to women anywhere. Content Club Boise and in-person workshops are the only local offerings.

Do you still manage social media accounts?

No. I stepped away from management work to focus on teaching, coaching, and community. I am glad to refer you to someone who does that work well.

I am not sure which option is right for me. Can you help me figure it out?

Yes, and please ask. Tell me a little about your business and where you feel stuck, and I will tell you honestly what I think makes sense, even if the answer is nothing I sell.

What do I even post?

This is the number one question I get, and it's the first thing we work on together. We start by dialing in your message, which is who you're talking to and what you actually want them to understand. Once that's clear, what to post stops feeling like a guessing game.

How often should I be posting?

There isn't one right answer, and anyone who tells you there is doesn't know your life. We figure out a cadence you can actually sustain, because consistency you can keep beats a schedule you abandon in three weeks.

Someone commented on my post. Now what?

Engagement trips up a lot of women, and it's one of the most common office hours topics. We work on how to talk to people who interact with your content in a way that feels like you and actually leads somewhere.

What if I can't make the live calls?

That's completely fine. Every call is recorded and posted in the community, and each one includes an AI-generated summary of the highlights. Plenty of members read the summary and only watch the full call when a topic is relevant to them.

Do I need an audience already?

No. Some members arrive with zero followers and some have thousands. Both work here.

Is this just about Instagram?

No. Instagram is where most women start, but we build the full picture, including your email list, your content, and the platforms where people can actually find you. We talk about in-person connection too.

Can I get one on one time with you?

Yes. Members can book private coaching with me for $147 an hour, anytime.
