What You Can Reach Out About
I am an Instagram coach and social media educator based in Boise, Idaho, and I work with women over 40 who are building something and want to be seen doing it. Most of the notes that land in my inbox fall into one of these buckets:
Questions about the membership. Social Media for Women Over 40 is my monthly membership, and if you are wondering whether it is the right fit for where you are, just ask. I would rather tell you honestly than have you join something that is not built for you.
Content Club Boise. If you are local to the Treasure Valley and want to know about upcoming dates, what a session actually looks like, or whether you need fancy equipment (you do not), reach out.
Speaking, workshops, and lunch and learns. I teach groups regularly, and I love a room full of women who are ready to stop hiding. If you are planning something for your team, your chapter, or your organization, tell me about it.
Collaborations and podcast guesting. If you are building something for midlife women, there is a good chance we should know each other.
Or something else entirely. If you are not sure which box you fit in, write to me anyway. That is genuinely fine.

Where I Work
I am based in Boise, Idaho, and I work with women throughout the Treasure Valley including Eagle, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, and Star.
Content Club Boise and my in-person workshops are local. Everything else, including the membership, coaching, and speaking, happens virtually. I have members in Idaho, California, and plenty of places in between.

What is the best way to reach you?
The contact form on this page is the fastest route. It goes straight to my inbox and I answer personally.
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within one to two business days. If it has been longer than that, check your spam folder and then try me again. Things occasionally get lost.
Do I have to be local to Boise to work with you?
Not at all. The membership is fully virtual and open to women anywhere. Content Club Boise and in-person workshops are the only local offerings.
Do you still manage social media accounts?
No. I stepped away from management work to focus on teaching, coaching, and community. I am glad to refer you to someone who does that work well.
I am not sure which option is right for me. Can you help me figure it out?
Yes, and please ask. Tell me a little about your business and where you feel stuck, and I will tell you honestly what I think makes sense, even if the answer is nothing I sell.
